How To Live In The Blessing God Has For Your Life
Our days of living in poverty/lack are over. We are grateful for wherever we are, but remember this: the word prosperity can also be defined as moving forward. We keep moving forward on our faith journey, trusting in God, walking into all of His blessings, and all of His promises spoken over us in His Word. He wants to bless us so we can be a blessing to others–His blessings have purpose!

1. One Step At A Time
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
Prosperity doesn’t happen overnight. Little by little, step by step, day by day, week by week, year by year, we keep moving forward serving in His house, saving souls, and making disciples. Our life will get further and further away from where we came from. Until one day we’ll look back and we will praise God for this faith journey. The most amazing part of this faith journey is when God takes us back and uses our life to bring people to the cross of redemption: our family, our friends.
2. Curse Breakers
“In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. Many people will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
Isaiah 2:2-3
We are to teach our children to value God’s house. God’s house is the most important place on the earth and it will be raised above all the hills. People will come from all over to worship Him in His house. This is a powerful scripture we should be proclaiming over our life and our children’s life.
It is in God’s house we learn His ways. When we came to the altar of salvation we were living under the influence of the world where good was evil and evil was good. The current apostasy of the world is living the opposite of God’s ways. This is evident as we crack open our Bible and seek after Him and His ways.
3. Put God’s House First
“A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.”
Psalm 68:5-6
It is in the house of God people will be saved, curses will be broken over people’s lives, families will be blessed, and disciples will be raised. It is where the purpose of God will be done and hell will be plundered! Where God defends the widows and brings freedom and joy into our life. In God’s house captives are set free from the bondage of sin, poverty is broken, and forgiveness is released.
4. God Our Father
No matter what kind of earthly father you had–bad or good–and no matter if your father is no longer on this earth, God is your Father and He is a good Father, the best Father, a Father who will never leave you nor forsake you. He will take you to your promised land.

Final Thoughts
It is in the house of God curses are broken.
Our children will be raised in the house of God.
We take possession of our promised land because God has given it to us to occupy!
