How To Start Fresh: God’s Restoration
Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land. 10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.
Leviticus 25:9-10
The year of Jubilee declares our debts are cancelled, we are freed from bondage, property is returned and restored, people are reconciled with one another and with God, and it is a time of rest, reset, and restoration!

1. Declare and Proclaim
Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
Amos 3:7-8
When God gives us a prophecy, it’s usually against what is considered “the norm” of what it looks and feels like. When we hear the promises of jubilee, we may be groaning over our present condition–the state of our financial or material things. Nevertheless, we are to declare and proclaim the year of jubilee.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Proverbs 18:21
We are going to have what we say! The earth came into existence through God’s words spoken into nothing and created everything.
2. Prisoner of Hope
Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee;
Zachariah 9:12
Through all the challenges we may have to endure, we must still stand on God’s promises. We can feel like nothing is going to get better or change, but we must continue to declare and proclaim it if we want to see it! This is a Biblical principle we must come in agreement with. We determine the level of determination required to obtain the promises of jubilee. That determination must be stronger than the forces of darkness that combat us, those forces trying to rob us of our hope in God’s promises.
3. Blow The Trumpet
It’s important to hear the words of God’s jubilee prophecy over our life continuously. We have to allow those words to break through the reality of our current ways of thinking. God’s promises may seem impossible to attain, but it is in that moment when God steps in and says you are now ready for the miracle! Because when it happens we will know it was God who did it. He knows our troubles and He says for every trouble He will make us forget it by giving us more blessings than the pain we have experienced.
4. Restoration
God is going to restore us emotionally; however, we first have to get restored mentally because what we feel is a result of what we think. God heals the pain of our past and the memories that come with it. This happens only by giving us new experiences and those new experiences will cancel out the old memories. God is a promise keeper, so all those promises He has shown you, He will bring to pass in your life. God never restores us to the same place. He always restores us beyond where He found us.

Final Thoughts
This year of Jubilee is a time of rest, reset, and restoration!
We are going to have what we say! So declare and proclaim the year of jubilee over your present conditions because the earth came into existence through God’s words spoken into nothing and created everything.
God never restores us to the same place. He always restores us beyond where He found us.
