God’s Will For Your Life

God’s Will For Your Life

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.”

Galatians 3:14-15

We must understand many curses, such as divorce, sickness, rebellion, and lack. However, the power and authority of Christ’s blood on the cross redeemed us from the curse of the law, especially the curse of poverty! This authority is the greatest on the planet! There is nothing more significant than the cross.

1. Revelation from Heaven

“When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 16:13-19

The cross has to be revealed into revelation. This is powerful because it’s talking about breaking the poverty mentality! This is the powerful word revelation. Peter received revelation from God about who Jesus was.

Jesus refers to Peter as a rock, and upon it, he would build his church and the gates of hell would not prevail. Clearly He is not talking about building a church on Peter. He is talking about what just happened with Peter spiritually. He’s talking about making his church on revelation, the Rhema word Peter received from the Father in heaven!

Once you receive revelation, it gives you authority. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in heaven. Whatever you permit will be permitted. Whatever you allow will be allowed! Once something is revealed, we can bind the enemy and loose that blessing and promise. This is powerful!

“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”

Joshua 1:8

We spend time in God’s word to receive our revelation from Him. We meditate on His promises and take on the blessing of Abraham. Meditating is renewing our minds. Eventually, that word will drop from our minds and get into our spirit. We will even start hearing the voice of the Lord telling us we are free from the curse and free from poverty. We start stacking that revelation over time. Our spirit man will rise and come into agreement with God instead of the enemy’s voice. We start talking back at that enemy and his lies with our case of revelation by responding with, “I do not receive that!”, “I’m free from lack!”. This is how we overcome a poverty (lack) mentality.

2. Prosperity for Obedience

In Deuteronomy 28, the promises of the blessing of Abraham will give us prosperity in the lands he swore to our ancestors. Blessings with many children, livestock, abundant crops, etc. Our work will be blessed, and we will lend to many nations. Imagine coming to a place in your life where you’re debt-free and no longer borrowing? This is a place where we are free from the curses out of our control.

Can we have this? Yes, because it is in the Word of God. When we build our faith and revelation from our Father in heaven, we obtain the authority to His promises! Don’t allow temporary problems to prevent God’s promises for our lives. We want to be blessed so we can be a blessing to others.

3. The God Class

There are many misleading ideologies being peddled by modern-day culture, especially in higher education. Evolution and the Big Bang theory are the most discussed. We know this rhetoric of man coming from monkeys. The earth and mankind were birthed from a cosmic explosion!

The devil is a liar. We, as born-again Christians believe in creation!

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

John 1:1-5

This was the big bang right here in this scripture! We either believe we are part of the God class made in His image, or we are part of the animal class. In the Jewish community, they stand on the Torah, which are the first five books of the Old Testament. Many Jewish families teach their children these biblical principles in early ages. This is very important when we look at prosperity in business, we must ask why people are anti-business.

Business places us in the God class. We are made in the image of God, and as born-again Christians, we have the authority to receive His promises like Abraham. We first receive in our mind, then in our spirit, we decree what God says, and God will produce the words we say. This is moving in the God Class!

Final Thoughts

Although we are redeemed from the curse, Paul the apostle and Jesus Christ suffered many persecutions. Yet, they did not accept persecution as part of the covenant. It was part of the spiritual warfare of their journey.

Be happy today on the journey to where you are headed.

Conquering covetousness and the love of money from entering our hearts, we must be broken and humble before the Lord.

Breaking from the poverty mentality only comes by faith and hearing the Word of God!
