Soul Winning Church
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Luke 19:10
The heartbeat of heaven are the souls of mankind. This is why Jesus came into the world–to save the lost. Once we repent for our sins and become born-again, we will wear the robe of righteousness as our covering, the ring of dignity, authority, and who we are in Christ, and the shoes of the gospel of peace. So, wherever our feet have been we are cleansed, and we will now go in the direction of the gospel of peace!
1. The Good News
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Mark 16:15
Jesus came and died on a cross for our sins. He rose from the dead on the third day. He conquered death so we can live in eternity with Him when we depart from this world. We wear the shoes of forgiveness from our past and the shoes of destiny as we now go into the world and spread this gospel of the good news to this fallen world.
2. The Value of Christ
Everything God is, is in Christ, everything Christ received, and everything He has now, seated at the right hand of God, is ours. Healing is ours. The blessing is ours. The breakthrough is ours. The answer to our prayers is ours. We now have access to the throne–it is ours. Eternal life is ours.
3. Eternal Life
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16
Because we were created in the image of God, our spirit will live forever. Through Jesus, we’ve been given the greatest promise of all—eternal life with Him. God’s desire has never been for anyone to be separated from Him. That’s why He sent His Son, not to condemn the world, but to save it.
When we believe in Jesus and receive Him as Lord, we step out of darkness and into everlasting life. Eternal life doesn’t begin when we reach heaven—it begins the moment we believe and receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior. From that moment forward, His life flows in us, giving us peace, purpose, and the assurance that we will live with Him forever.
4. A Place Called Hell
So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’
Luke 16:24
God’s will is for NO man to go to hell. Hell was created for Satan and his demons who didn’t want God. It is a place without God. It is a place with a lake of fire and a bottomless pit. It is a place of torment, everlasting punishment, where they blaspheme God, eternal sorrow, no rest. When we understand this place called hell, there will be an urgency to get the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to the world. No matter what sins we have committed, if we believe in the name of Jesus Christ, we will escape the flames of this place called hell.
